I have not filed my ITR for AY 18-19 and hence not claimed the TDS for the same year.
Can i claim the TDS for AY 18-19 and AY 19-20 in this year only in this year ITR ?
or is their any other way i can the TDS standing to my credit.
TDS in AY 18-19 has been deducted in relation to income for AY 18-19.
Hence, you can not claim TDS deducted in AY18-19 in ITR for AY 19-20.
Since, you have not submitted return for AY1819 within due date i.e, 31 march 2019, you can not claim TDS as refund.
