Person sales Nil rated Goods under Current Law but under GST some goods become Taxable?
Now please reply for claim of Cenvat Credit under Transitional Provision of the GST on Taxable and Non Taxable Goods?
If the particular good or commodity is taxable in GST,Cenvat on such goods will be carried forward to GST.(Even if the Goods are Nil rated or Not Taxable in current situation)
If Not Taxable in GST,No cenvat is allowed.
