can chit dividend be used for payment of chit installment instead of crediting to Profit and loss account, help me out in this area.

Chit dividend will automatically reduce the chit installment to be paid..
you are not going to pay the gross amount of any installment, it wil be paid only after reducing chit dividend of previous chit.
