if a charitable trust didnot filed its return since A.Y.2005-2206 then can such trust file now??

income tax return can b filed for only 2 A.Y.s ie...2010-11&2011-12 n not for any more...[Sec139(4)]...
also confirm whether u have applied u/s.12AA for exemption...
