One Company is exclusively listed in Madras Stock Exchange. How to correct the listed Status to unlisted Status in the MCA website (Change in Number also) on account of MSE gone defunct?

As you might have come across SEBI has come out with a circular directing companies exclusively listed on such disfunct companies to get listed on a non defunct exchange ...so in your case you will have to either get delisted from MSE or get listed on an active exchange and then get delisted
