Change of trust

You have to  file change report with Charity Commissioner u/s 22 of the Act within 90 days in form Schedule-III duly signed by trustee as per Rule 13.

Thank you sir for your reply. How to file Form Schedule III whether online or Manually .. ? 

Dear Sir,

I have prepare following list of document for change of Trustee in case of Charitable Trust.

1. Schedule III ( Vide Rule 13 ( 1 )

2. Copy of Noc of Appointment as Trustee.

3. Copy of Appointment & Ceasation of Trustee.

4. Copy of Consent Letter for Appointment from Trust.

5. Death Certificate

Is there any other document required  ?
