Change of Signature

Where due to some reasons there has occured significant change in the directors signature, how is the same to be acknowledged to the ROC.

Form DIN 4 does not have some specific field for the same. The given fields are only for acknowledging the change on numbers, name etc.

Gud Question DPS123 !!

I Suggest u practically that the director shud intimate (Intimation letter) to the company wid an affidevit mentioning the change of his signature style. Then on receipt of the letter from that director the company shud consider this matter in board meeting n accordingly the Minutes of Meeting shud be prepared. These two evidences will proove that director had not made any default in his/her part. and all these steps had been taken coz there is no procedure in existence to change the Signature style in Form DIN-4..

nd this matter must be incorporated in Form DIN-4 by MCA21...
