change of proprietorship in GSY

you cannot change the proprietor......as gst is allowed on the basis of pan of the proprietor, hence proprietor cannot be changed....however if there is any mistake in the name of proprietor the same can be rectified....but such option is not yet active in gst portal....you have to wait for a while for that......gst reg 14 is the form through which you can file for amendment.....

you can not change the constitution as proprietorship to partnership firm. And also partnership to proprietor. Hence, surrender your proprietorship Registration and take new registration as you like as partnership.

If you want to change your business to partnership. First of You can take a new partnership registration and also sale the Proprietor's firm details to Partnership firm....

then Sir what is process of surrender the GSTN?

Go to amendment Section if after opened. You can get details there...
