This is approval letter and  it is different from name change certificate , you need to attach name change certificate with each copy of MOA once you get the same  through register post and you are required to attch that letter to form 1B ,meanwhile you can check track transaction status through SRN of Form 1A ,and if it is showing approved you can def go for EGM for following further procedure.

complete procedures of name change of PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY? AFTER CONVERSION THE COMPANY WOULD STILL BE THE PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY?

do moa and aoa is also required to alter, what is the procedure for that

please do advice and also provide the resolution for the alteration of moa and aoa of the pvt. ltd. co.

After the approval of form 1A do we call for a board meeting to call the EGM?or do we mention calling of the EGM in the Board meeting callled for filing form 1A itself?
