This is approval letter and it is different from name change certificate , you need to attach name change certificate with each copy of MOA once you get the same through register post and you are required to attch that letter to form 1B ,meanwhile you can check track transaction status through SRN of Form 1A ,and if it is showing approved you can def go for EGM for following further procedure. You should call for a Board meeting for calling of EGM.
