A foreign company having branch office in India has got its name changed. Can anyone let me know the compliances to be made with the RBI and RoC in this regard. Further, form 52 required for foregn companies does not have any column regarding change of name of parent company. This is the reason for confusion. Can any body suggest?

An intimation to the RBI should be made through the palin paper application with supporting documents.Also I feel plain paper application procedure may be adopted to inform ROC.

Need to intimate ROC for change in name with the help of Form 49, also can someone elaborate on compliance required to be fulfilled with RBI
