change of name is effective from the date of Publication in the respective state gazette,you of local advocate for this purpose

congrats cool then go ahead apply for correction in name in all the identities individually I mean to say PAN Card correction come passport correction, Aadhaar Card correction...... Etc

Yes. why are you in doubt it's a government gazette
First of all visit any Adhaar faciliation center nearby and get Adhaar Name changed. It won't take more than 10 days. Once your adhaar is updated use it as a proof for name change, plus local Gazette, in updating all other documents.
