Change of name

Gazzette is done for me. 

Gazette is a valid document to change name everywhere ? Am stuck up with it.. 

First of all visit any Adhaar faciliation center nearby and get Adhaar Name changed. It won't take more than 10 days. Once your adhaar is updated use it as a proof for name change, plus local Gazette, in updating all other documents.
