A.Y 2019-20, ITR-3 has been filled
now in A.Y 2020-21, ITR-4 can be filled or ITR-3 have to filled ?

No you can not file ITR4 for next 5 years. For AY 20-21 you have to file ITR3.

But, i m trying to open ITR-3 excel utility, it shows corrupt file

File itr 4 with normal return not taking the advantage of itr 4 presumitative income expemption and all as time is less and your utility is not opening but a normal return if you are not audited and no commission and brokerage and others factors

Under section 44ADA you are not allowed to switch back to 44ADA ITR4 from ITR3.

Ok let it be don't fill itr 4 if you don't understand properly I telling as per my personal experience
so in your case simply download pre xlm of the client and if you have other clients itr3 download of current year then import and filled
