Change of Address in PAN Card

I think you have to submitt PAN correction form and tick the change in address box.

ya address can be changed with pan correction form and relevant address proof shud be enclosed

There is no suh other provision to change address as the new address can be confirmed only through Form 18. The proof of new address shall be counted Form 18 filed with the ROC

This is Lokesh From HealthSprint Networks Pvt Ltd.

Our PAN No: AABCH6997H in the Name of HEALTHSPRINT NETWORKS PVT LTD, has registered in Delhi. But Our Company is Registered in Bangalore and Head Office Is in Bangalore Only.

We have Filled our Retures for AY 2007-08 , 2008-09 and 2009-10 in Bangalore itself.

Once we applied for Refund of TDS for AY 2007-08 and 2008-09, The ITO Bangalore says since Company's PAN is in Delhi we can not refund. so, we have requested to ITO Word 10(2) New Delhi to Transfer all our company Records and PAN From ITO Word 10(2) New Delhi  to ITO Word 11(2) Bangalore 4 months Back and we have reminded 2 times but till now thr is no reply from the ITO office New Delhi. Kindly do the needful.

I received a new Pan Card after correcting  my name but when I file Echallan for making Online payment, I get the original name.  The spelling mistake although corrected  in the new PAN card issued to me but it is not rectified in the I.T. records.  Can yopu help?

apply for correction in pan with NSDL/UTISL for change of address, give address proof of bangalore, in 30 days it will get executed. 

ITO has no power to change the pan address now. its now under utisl/ndsl.
