Change in Nominee-LLP-Urgent

Deat Members,

There is this incorporated LLP in which one of teh Designated partner say X Ltd having its nominee as Mr A.

Now we want to change the nominee of X Ltd to Mr B.

I called up LLP helpline they are saying to Form 3 as well along with Form 4.

Form 3 is for agreement related . so wthat shall be the attachments of teh same?

what shall be the contents of the supplementry agreement if attached for the change of teh nominee or full original agreement shall be changed

If anybody has cm accoss with the above issue or hav knowledge for the same then please help me with the same.
