A LLP is already constituted and LLPIN is also issued by the ROC . But while uploading Form 3 of LLP we noticed an error in spelling of the LLP constitued and hence we did not upload form 3. Can i know what is the procedure to change the name [ error found as two or three words are interchanged]. Is it enough to apply for form 1 again and select 'change in name' option since form 3 is still not uploaded and i also need draft for change in name to be uploaded along with form 1.
Is there anything that i need to know. Kindly explain the procedure to be followed in detail
