At the time of incorporation of the pvt ltd company, the director used her passport as proof of identify and address. After marriage, the address has changed and so has the name changed. She has a PAN in new name and a ration card carrying her new name. Can she apply for change in address and name on DIN4 ? Any particular things to take care?
