A Pvt. Ltd Co. changed its registered office from Maharashtra to Gujarat. Requested for Change of address in PAN has been done. However while verifing jurisdiction it shows old i.e. of Maharashtra. To change jurisdiction what procedure is to be done.

Inform To ROC with Form 18 alongwith a copy of resolution stating the change of address of Registered Office with what effect.
I agree with the answer provided by pankaj but board resolution would be required.
I am not talking about ROC. It is a seperate procedure for change of registered office for one satate to other. It is for Income tax jurisdisction.
