A Pvt. Ltd Co. changed its registered office from Maharashtra to Gujarat. Requested for Change of address in PAN has been done. However while verifing jurisdiction it shows old i.e. of Maharashtra. To change jurisdiction what procedure is to be done.
I agree with the answer provided by pankaj but board resolution would be required.
I am not talking about ROC. It is a seperate procedure for change of registered office for one satate to other. It is for Income tax jurisdisction.
