Change in form 1a of mca

As you will be aware, that every state have their own ROC and such ROC will deal  all forms and documents filed in their respective states.

If filed any form in any state, then only that State ROC will hande, no other State ROC will handle such form unless it  is shifted by court order.

Now, come to your point, if you have filed Form-1A, with dadra and Nagra Haveli, then only that ROC will handle your Form-1A, and Gujarat will not handle your form.

i will suggest you to fill a new Form-1A, with new SRN and file the same in Gujarat State, with a NOC that we have submited Form-1A in that state would not to continue and wanted to start company in Gujarat State.
