Change in designation of director
Dear Sir,
I would request you to kindly advice on this:
a) I have to appoint one of the Directors as MD of the Company, what are the Compliance required to be done further provide me proper resolution of it for EGM?
b) Since all the Business to be passed at EGM are special, can we pass them though Ordinary Resolution?
