Dear Vinay Sharma

You can inform to the service tax department regarding the change of email id in the following procedure:

1.Go to the Home page of  www.aces.gov.in

2.Click on service tax

3.Login on site

4.Click on "REG"

5.Click on "AMEND REGISTRATION"

6.Click on your Registration

7.Fill up the "Amend Form ST-1"

8."SUBMIT" the form and take print outs(Amended ST-1 & Acknowledgement)

           Once the Online Amended Form ST-1 is submitted the following documents are required to be submitted to the superintendent of central excise

Documents to be submitted:

1. the time of amendment ,the documents which are required to be submitted are  the same as required at the time of taking Service Tax Registration(except the declaration of Income).

2.Ameded ST-1 and Acknowledgement

3.In addition to this you are also require to submit Your "Original ST-2"with in 15 days of Online Application.
