you have to mention NON COMPANY

Tick on non Company deductees. In your case deductees is not a corporate assessee.

If the deductees is Company then u have to tick on company deductees

if the assessee is company then tick corporate assessee......... otherwise non-corporate assessee (individuals, firms, AOP, BOI etc.)............

  SELECT CATEGORY   NON COMPANY

when tds deducted of an company then it has to be ticked on company and when tds deducted of an non company then it has to be ticked on non company. the tds challan are separtely deposit for companies and non companies.

 One More Thing. if you are not sure that the deductee is company or not.

See the PAN NO. given by party, see the fourth (4th) digit if it is "C" than it is company deductee otherwise non company.
