then ITC claim on 5 %
Whatever u paid as RCM @ 5 u can get itc... If gst is charged by GTA in forward charge either @ 5% or 12%...u can get itc
No RCM as it has been suspended for the time being.
Further unregistered dealer is not allowed for inter state supply without GST No.
Even if this case is of july 2017, unregistered dealer is not allowed for inter state supply.
