I had applied for certified copies on18th February, I received a letter from icai on 2nd April in which my mark sheet with changed marks was enclosed and it was mentioned in that letter that a website link and a password is sent to my email address, and using that I would be able to download the scanned copies, however I have not received any such email, I even checked the spam folder. I sent an email to inter4 @ icai.in requesting to look into this issue and have not received any reply. Please help me with this issue.
