Service tax they are charging after ABATEMENTS.
Can they claim refund of service tax which has been leived on there input service like HOTEL BILLS , PHONE BILLS .....etc... ?

they have two option
1) claim abatement and forget input credit
2) claim input credcit and forget abatement
both can not be claimed parellal
