Cenvat on gta service
On which conditions one can avail CENVAT on payment of service tax to GTA under RCM.

- Service tax paid on reverse charge also eligible for cenvat credit on the strength of challan.
1. Cenvat credit is allowed in case of carriage inward of raw material, semi finished goods, finished goods from job worker.
2. Cenvat credit is NOT allowed in case of carriage outward except in case of goods being transported to a seaport or land port ( ICD ) for export.
