Cenvat credit - who is entitled?

Dear Friends,

Kindly guide in the following matter related with CENVAT Credit:-

Our Company is a First Stage Dealer and gets the job done from Job Workers.  We are considering buying some machines (capital goods) and lending to the Job Workers on the nominal rent. 

At the time of buying the machine, we will have to pay excise, but who will be entitled to avail CENVAT Credit:-

1. Our Company i.e actual buyer?

                                       Or

1. Job Workers, whom the machines have been given on rent?
