We are importing BItumen and pay customs duty. on the other hand we have rented immovable property. My query is whether we can take cenvat credit of Addl custom duty (14% & 4%) against service tax payable on renting of immovable property. whether there must be one to one corelation between the goods imported & services provided.

there is no need for one to one corelation in taking cenvat credit....

Why are you importing bitumen. If it is an input for manufacture of excisable goods i.e. eligible. If so the credit of the same can be used to pay CED or ST.
