Dear All Experts,
we take in cenvat credit of Wheel Nut Spanner (Hand Tools) Chapter Heading 82041110 and we sale it after paying excise duty on it. Can we do this?. Please reply as early as possible.

1) you can do it with entry in RG23A part 1 as stock and RG23A part 2 as duty input credit, at the time of purchase and clear the goods from RG23A part 1 and reversing (not paying) the duty from RG23A part 2,
or
2) you have to obtain the dealer registration and trade the same with 23D register.
