our client is a Engineering Products manufacturer, and they are crossed their SSI exemption on 28.12.2012 now the doubt is, what is the time limit for taken and utilizing their Cenvat credit for their Capital goods as well as their inputs (raw material, spares, consumables).. please be noted both are purchased from the period of 01.04.2011.
