Cenvat credit of service tax paid on telephone bill can by availed by co provided telephone are installed in the residental premises of employee.

Dear Rahul if the bill is in the name of company then I think you can take the credit of the same.

If biling address is different from company registered office address

Then I thnk you might not get the service tax credit.

You are still eligible to take credit provided the premises is registered with department either as a branch or HO

There is no nexus hence you can't claim
