We want to take Centralized service Tax registration. We laready have a Service tax registration for our head office. Should we surrender our existing ST-1 or amendment in existing ST-1 to centralized registraion? Pl. suggest us.

you dont need to surrender and apply for new st-1. apply for correction in your existing registration certificate.
