under site & formation clearence tippers  and  its  spare parts are allowed for  cenevat credit   or not  -pls  waiting for forum  response  -

I feel, certainly Cenvat Credit is available. If these are used for rendering taxable service, there is no reason to deny Cenvet Credit. Spare Parts are Capital Goods for the purpose of Cenvat. 50% of cenvat will be available in the year of receipt and the balance thereafter.
