Hello, my query is regarding the ceiling on number of audits that is imposed on a person if he is in partenership in 2 FIRMS. I wish to know what is the total number of audits that he can udertake? He may or may not be practising in his individual capacity also.

Mam max ..audit limit is 30(including private Co.) as per ICAI guidelines and as per company act this 20 per partner ....total in respect of all firm in which individual partner is working. Number of audit is counted on agregate basis.
