I have one query regarding the Fair Valuation of Shares as per CCI Guidelines.

In the present company capital of the company is divided in to two classes

Class A having Face Value of Shares Rs. 10 and

Class B having Face Value of Shares Rs. 1000.

Now the company is going to issue Fully convertible debentures in to equity shares

and it requires the Fair Valuation Certificate for filing of FC-GPR as per FEMA rules.

Guide me how can the fair valuation is to do?

I WANT A CERTIFICATE FORMAT ISSUED BY A C.A. AS PER CCI GUIDLINES for arriving at vaualtion of shares. Needs to be filled with FCGPR Form with RBI.
