What is a "Casual Dealer" under GST? What will be his liability ? Will he be eligible for Input Tax Credit?

casual delaer means if u go out of ur state to do business for 4 - 5 days just like in seminars u book a stall for selling something in that case u can take registration for 4 - 5 only
