Dear Sir,
My client practicing as a Dr.for eye surgern he is provide cash less service through TPA(Third Party Adminstrator),we also obtained service tax Registration under Health Service.
now my question is cash less medical service is exempt or not as per Notification No-30/2011.dated-25/04/2011 effect from May 01,2011.
