during demonstration i have deposited rs 1.30 lakh only proprietary business account and rs 1 lakh in my savings account . is it necessary to show in it returns

in cash of more than 2L it is necessary to do so.

Yes. If total cash deposited in all accounts exceeds Rs.200000/- then you are required to give details in returns.

my view is above 2.5 lakh because you will fill return then you see there a option of deposit details

No it is written in Return that cash deposited Rs 2 lakh or in excess of that not 2.5 Lakh.
