Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a low cash on hand balance in a hospital's 2019-20 accounting books. The core issue appears to be unrecorded cash expenses that were paid out of business cash but not booked. The advice suggests reviewing and removing any inaccurately recorded expenses from the P&L and identifying any other unbooked cash transactions to ensure the cash balance reflects reality.

If the expenses(cash expenses) you created in your p&l Account is not actual then remove it from here....
Assess some expenses not booked in accounting books.this transactions accounting entries passed Cash on hand balance low
As per your query, owner not booked some cash expenses in books out of business cash therefore actual cash in hand balance low compared to books

Am I right
