its not important if u understand the concept the basic law behind the provision completely , and thats not possible for applying any provision of any law u need to have a through knowldge and that u get from the case study , for ex u cant get the applicabilty of the particular section so u need to learn the case law

u should have a knowldge by putting a module of section what its implication on other sections so case law is must to read
