There is a big doubt about caro applicability to private limited companies

do not get confused..... its a old answer actually.... initially loan amt which today is 25lakh was 10 lakh.... ans on based on that.... but CARO has been subsequently revised now it is 25 lakh.... they have simply copy-paste the old Q and its solution without considering the revision.....
