My cousin , a MBA degree holder got selected in deloitee in us taxation profile .Right now he is working as assistant manager in kotak bank.He is also working for securities profile in same bank. recently He got selected in IOCL as internal audit officer.Please suggest which job is good to select in terms of growth and salary package

In my opinion, it is better to join in IOCL.
Because, it is an big company.
That too, profile is also good, as there is always good scope for growth in IA.

I think that IOCL as internal audit officer is better option for selecting out of all three offers and it is very good oppurtunity to join there as audit officer because the profile is also very high so she must not miss this golden chance.
