In my opinion, it is better to join in IOCL.

Because, it is an big company.

That too, profile is also good, as there is always good scope for growth in IA.

I think that IOCL as internal audit officer is better option for selecting out of all three offers and it is very good oppurtunity to join there as audit officer because the profile is also very high so she must not miss this golden chance.
