my father is selling house property which is in name of my mother ( she is no more).I want to understand what will be my tax liability in case I am giving noc for not claiming any rights in said property and rest all my rights in favour of my father and brother..

No tax liability over relinquishment of your rights in the property, provided the net capital gains tax liability is offered to tax by remaining share holders.

if remaining shareholders are liable for tax under capital gain tax.. what will be the scenario

The capital gains tax liability will arise as per their (increased) share holding.
