I want to sale my Non-Agri.Plot for Rs.20 Lac and purchase anather plot around Rs.20 lac. is it attract any capital gain? please guid!!!

Yes the sale will attract tax , but you can avoid it by investing in RECL or NHAI bonds u/s 54EC , but invest to be made only if the sale has resulted in LoNG TERM Capital gain.
