I has a party which is concern with audit u/s. 44-ab for A.Y. 2012-13 and audit dated is before 30 september. but. i cant filed return before due date. so, how can i? so which type of penalty and interest on it..?

Penalty is : Half % of Turnover or 150000 whichever is lower.
Int. u/s 234A is also to be levied.

Its a proprietorship. so, i think 3cd not mandotory to submit in department.

It is mandatory for every assessee who is under audit to submit their Audit Report. But now a days due to Efiling we submit this report in ITR itself.
