Then apply for cancellation from registration tab.
After receiving order of cancellation file gstr-10 final return to complete the procedure

Log in to www.gst.gov.in then / service tab / then Application for Cancellation of registration . fill up the application and submit .
Filing of pending returns and discharging of previous dues is mandatory.
you can apply for cancellation from the gst portal.
you will also have to prepare a stock statement. the itc on such unsold stock will have to be repaid.
