Cancellation off group cleared

First the Answer to your Question is that In CA & CA Act & Examination Rules, What ever Examinations you have Cleared in Full & Complete Even a Group of that exam ( Not Specific Subject Exemptions which are Valid for 3 Consecutive Attempts Only) you will stand it cleared for the Next part of Your Life & no such Withdrawl provision exist. even say you attempt after 10 Yrs & sylbs stands Changed then there are equivalent exemptions of subjects accordingly, So you need not worry for the wrong information available with you that ICAI will withdraw your Pass Status.

Secondly I can suggets you dont take a break else it will take you away from your studies & which will have a great Impact on your re entry & appearence in 2014. as You are just One group away from becoming CA so You should leave everything & with full concentration find where you lack, Coverup those shortfalls & Do it in May 2013. as since you have been doing the same thing for last 3 Attempts it would be a bit easier to cope up, which would become a bit hard if you take a Break & create a Gap

The Institute will not cancel your 1st group clearance and you would be allowed only to appear for the 2nd group...
