A Retailer who was registered under MVAT under Composition in Vat had Applied for Provisional ID under GST.. and further he has submitted the form by DSC..and opted for Composition also in GST..
Now he has realised that since his turnover was around 15 lac on 2016-17 during vat regime and in GST also turnover will be around same..
Can the GSTIN can be cancelled from 1 July itself..as in the case of Cancellation of Provisional I'd was done ...The dealer does not wants to file GST return also...can a way out be taken so that GSTIN is cancelled from 1 July itself...

Its cancelled then just safe the acknowledgement....
Since the dealer has filed the Form by DSC...how he can cancel ...If this action would not have been taken then the Provisional I'd would have cancelled...

No Sir the Dealer has still not submitted the Cancellation Application...because in portal no such option is available..
Moreover the dealer wants to get rid of Return filing even for the Quarter ending Sep 2017...His monthly Turnover is around 1- 1.20 lacs only...
He has not given his GSTIN to any supplier...
Please guide and Help in the matter...
