Cancel new regime form 10-IE and file in old regime

I had filed the form 10IE on the income tax site in the anticipation that I will opt for new regime. But later I saw that I get more tax benefits in old regime. So I started to file ITR 4 using the old regime and it was submitted. But aadhar validation gives an error that I have already uploaded 10IE. My understanding was that until I file ITR all the previous individual forms are not valid.

The question is how to cancel or delete this form 10IE from the income tax website. It's not allowing me to delete or choose old regime even when I am yet to file the actual final ITR.
