Can we revise the return after assessment order

YES, Return is revised within one year from the assessement year or before the assessement is completed.

Assessement refers to assessement made under section 1433) or 144.

No u can't  revise the return after assessment order is passed. As per Sec. 139(5) return can be revised any time before the expiry of one year from the end of the relevant  A.Y. or before the completion of assessment, whichever is earlier.
