Can we ractify balance sheet using whitener fuild

Dear Freinds,

 
I am seeking Advice on an issue that how can we Ractify the Balance Sheet if we entered wrong Name of Person to Whom Loans advanced by a Pvt Comapny in Financial Year 2013. Annual Return to ROC & ITR Already Filed. 
 
Can we use Whitener Fluid to ractify the Balance Sheet.
